The Shifting Definition of Human-Level AI
What is the future of human?
Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) represent milestones in AI development where machines possess the capability to reason, learn, and act across a wide range of tasks at or beyond human levels. Historically, the Turing Test—proposed by Alan Turing in 1950—was considered the gold standard for evaluating such capabilities. However, the landscape has evolved.
